Pas de déménagement pour l'AFKO
Le 10 janvier, Nelson C.-B. - Le 16 décembre dernier, la vente de l'édifice, l'Anglican Church Hall, dans lequel se trouvent les locaux de l'AFKO, a été finalisée. Depuis ce jour, Theresa Hart de la « Cottonwood Falls Animal Clinic » à Nelson est la nouvelle propriétaire de ce bâtiment.
Mme Hart nous a invités à demeurer dans l'édifice et ainsi devenir voisin de sa clinique vétérinaire. « Les travaux de rénovation pour la mise sur pied de ma clinique vont bon train et l'ouverture officielle devrait se faire d'ici les prochains mois. En tant que nouvelle propriétaire, c'est avec plaisir que je renouvelle le bail de location avec l'Association des francophones des Kootenays Ouest » affirme Madame Hart.
Dès que les travaux de rénovation de la clinique seront terminés, les locaux de l'AFKO auront aussi droit à quelques travaux, qui rendront notre espace encore plus propre et agréable. No Move For AFKO
January 11th, Nelson BC: The 16th of this past December, the sale of the Anglican Church Hall where the AFKO office is located, was finalized. Theresa Hart, owner of Cottonwood Falls Animal Clinic in Nelson, is the new building owner.
Miss Hart has invited AFKO to stay in the building and also become the animal clinic's neighbour. "The renovations for setting up my clinic are going smoothly and the official opening should be within a few months. As the new owner, it's my pleasure to renew the rental agreement with l'Association des Francophones des Kootenays Ouest" says Miss Hart.
As soon as the renovations for the clinic are completed, AFKO's office and library spaces will also undergo some renovations, which will make them even more bright and cheerful. So, it's settled: AFKO is not moving! Come visit us at 723 Ward Street in Nelson, from Monday to Friday, between 9:00am and 12:30pm and 1:30pm and 4:30pm.
