FrancoFête: 350 personnes ont dansé!
Ce 25 juin, nous fêtions la FrancoFête au parc Lakeside à Nelson.
Dès l’ouverture des célébrations, la population francophone et anglophone se sont montrés présents pour profiter du programme musical. Nous avonc compté entre 350 et 400 personnes sont venus jouer de la musique, l’écouter, jouer, s’essayer à la slackline et danser sur les mix de nos DJs.
Le gagnant de notre tirage 50/50 a eu la chance de repartir avec 72$. La seconde moitié de la cagnotte a servi de lev.e de fonds pour l’organisation de cet événement.
Nous souhaitons remercier Patrimoine Canada, BC Gaming, Nelson District Credit Union, et tous les bénévoles qui nous ont aidé au montage et démontage: Madeleine, Pascale, Marie-Paule, Julie Catherine, Catherine, Louis, Marie-Eve, Genevieve, Tommy, Alexandra, Amélie.

On June 25, we celebrated FrancoFête at Lakeside Park in Nelson.
As soon as the celebrations opened, the French and English-speaking population turned out to enjoy the musical program. We counted between 350 and 400 people who came to play music, listen to music, play games, try slacklining and dance to our DJ mixes.
The winner of our 50/50 draw was lucky enough to walk away with $72. The second half of the prize pool was used to raise funds for the organization of the event.
